These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of easyartclasses.com (the "Site") and the online art courses, digital materials, and related products (the "Services") offered by Thomas Cornwall Company Pty Ltd ("we", "us", or "our"). By accessing the Site or purchasing the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or purchase the Services.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to purchase the Services. By purchasing, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorised to use the payment method you provide.

2. The Services

The Services consist of pre-recorded video lessons, downloadable materials, and other digital content that teach painting techniques. Upon successful payment, you receive access instructions by email, typically within a few minutes. Access is provided for your personal, non-commercial use.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and view the course content for your own personal use. "Lifetime access" means access for as long as we continue to offer the course and operate the Site; it does not imply any specific or perpetual duration and does not survive termination for breach of these Terms.

3. Prices and Payment

Prices are shown on the Site at the time of purchase and are stated in the currency indicated at checkout. Payment is processed securely by our third-party payment processor; we do not store your full payment card details. You are responsible for any taxes that may apply to your purchase. We may change our prices and promotional offers at any time, but changes will not affect purchases already completed.

4. Money-Back Guarantee & Refunds

We offer a 365-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, email us at hello@easyartclasses.com within 365 days of your purchase and we will provide a full refund of the amount you paid — no questions asked. Refunds are issued to your original payment method, and we aim to process them within 24 hours of your request. Once a refund is issued, your access to the course and any bonuses may be revoked.

5. Intellectual Property

All content provided through the Services — including videos, images, text, graphics, templates, and downloadable resources — is owned by or licensed to Thomas Cornwall Company Pty Ltd and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, resell, share, or create derivative works from the content, except that any paintings you create by following the lessons are your own to keep, display, and sell.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Share, resell, sublicense, or distribute your account access or the course content;
• Reproduce or publish the course materials, in whole or in part, for others;
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site, our systems, or other users' accounts;
• Use the Site or Services for any unlawful, infringing, or harmful purpose.

We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, without refund where the breach is material.

7. Disclaimers

The Services are educational in nature and are provided "as is" and "as available". While we aim to help you create a painting you are proud of, results depend on your own effort, practice, and materials, and we do not guarantee any particular artistic outcome, skill level, or result. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties not expressly stated in these Terms.

8. Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any guarantee, right, or remedy you may have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that cannot lawfully be excluded. Where our Services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law, and to the extent we are permitted to limit our liability, our liability is limited to re-supplying the Services or paying the cost of having them re-supplied.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, and subject to Section 8, Thomas Cornwall Company Pty Ltd and its officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site or Services. To the extent we are liable, our total aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid us for the Services giving rise to the claim.

10. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Thomas Cornwall Company Pty Ltd from any claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site or Services.

The Site may link to or rely on third-party websites and services (such as payment processors and platforms). We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of those third parties, and your use of them is at your own risk and subject to their terms.
